Title: Forget Me Not
Author: Sarah Daltry
18+ New Adult romance
Lily had a crush on her brother's best friend, Derek for years - which led to their steamy night ten months ago in her bedroom. Now, Lily is going off to college and she and Derek are still going strong. However, when school starts, she realizes it's hard to maintain a relationship while also trying to live her own life. She and Derek find themselves falling apart and Lily has no idea where to turn.
Enter Jack. Everything about him is wrong for Lily and she knows it, but she can't stop herself from being attracted to him. When things implode with Derek, it's Jack who is there to pick up the pieces - and show Lily an entirely new set of experiences she didn't know she was missing.
Of course, Jack has his own problems and once Lily gets to know him better, she starts to wonder if she can handle all of Jack. When Derek reappears on the scene, Lily is forced to decide between two guys and herself. Can she find herself without losing the people who matter in the process?
See where it began in the short story, "Her Brother's Best Friend."

It took me no time at all to fall in love with Jack. Lily I was unsure of at the start of the book but that soon changed. At the beginning of the book she's a spoiled rich girl who has a sheltered life beginning her freshman year at college. Though sheltered she's far from inexperienced and a virgin. She and Derek, her first and only boyfriend, have a very active sex life and quite the sexual appetite. As the book progresses I really begin to connect with Lily and am able to feel what she feels. The uncertainty, the fear, the pain, and her happiness. I now am able to understand why she does some of what she does and acts the way she does at times. Lily can be very insecure and jealous at times.
Jack is the bad boy that you can't help but want but you would be scared to take home to meet your parents. He's very angry and dark at times and comes off as an asshole quite a few times during the book. There's just something about an asshole that can turn you on. He has a very tragic past and has been judged by others because of it. He doesn't trust people and thinks he's incapable of being loved by someone. He's always fighting something very dark inside of himself. Jack uses alcohol and sex to deal with his pain.
Jack doesn't like girls like Lily he knows her type but that doesn't stop him from flirting and wanting her. He even gives her his dorm room number in case she wants to play on the wild side. Lily is attracted to Jack the minute they meet. A part of her is turned on by him even though she has a boyfriend. After a fight with her boyfriend and a break-up she runs into Jack. It doesn't take them long to have sex. Like I mentioned before sex seems to be the way they mask their pain and forget about it.
Sarah Daltry writes a awesome erotic NA book. The sex scenes are oh my god hot. This isn't book is erotic which means you aren't going to get your tender hold me make love to me stuff. This book is throw me down, rip my clothes off, toss me every which way cause I can't get enough, bring out the toys, and talk dirty to me sex. The things that Jack says and does are a real turn on. He can make a girl damp just listening to the nasty things that come out of his mouth. I would love my own Jack. Who wouldn't want to be his dirty slut. LOL!
If you aren't into threesomes, lots of sex that uses toys sometimes, and straight up dirty sex talk that will leave your panties wet than this book isn't for you. If you love all of this stuff and it turns you on then this is the series for you. A definite must read. I can't wait to check out Lily of the Valley (which is Jack's story) and Star of Bethlehem (a novella in the Flowering series). Sarah you have a fan for life in me. Keep up the great work and thank you for bringing us Jack and Lily.
Sarah Daltry writes erotica and romance that ranges from sweet to steamy. She moves around a lot and has trouble committing to things. Forget Me Not is her second full length novel, although she also has several story collections and two novellas available. Her other novel, Bitter Fruits, was available shortly, but is now in the contract phase with a major publisher. When Sarah isn’t writing, she tends to waste a lot of time checking Facebook for pictures of cats, shooting virtual zombies, and simply staring out the window.
